Time Out - Make your own Plant Pot
In this 2.5 hour workshop you will make an indoor plant pot to use inside or outside.
Suitable for all levels, especially beginners. I will guide you through making a plant pot for an indoor or patio plant. Starting with a lump of clay, you’ll roll out your clay and use it to hand build a pot. There will be an opportunity to choose how to texture your pot.
A practical hand crafted addition to your home that you can use with pride.
You’ll learn how to cut and form clay and how to make joins and how to use readily accessible materials to add texture. Come ready to get your hands dirty and zone out for a couple of hours!
All tools, firing and glazing are included in the price. At the end of the workshop you’ll leave your pieces with me to dry, fire and glaze. Your pot will be ready for you to pick up, or you can pay postage to have them posted to you, within 3 weeks.
Workshops will run with a minimum of 3 people. If under booked I will let you know 2 days before and you will have the opportunity to swap to another date or have a full refund.
Information for attending the workshop will be sent to you at least 2 days before your workshop date.
The studio is located on a working farm. Entry is via a standard size door and unfortunately wheelchair access is not available at this time..
