Orders will normally be sent out within 3 working days unless otherwise stated on the website.
I aim to keep the online store up to date. In the unlikely event that an item is purchased that is not in stock or has sold before the store is updated, I will notify you of this as soon as possible with information on either the availability or production time for a replacement or the option of a refund.
If you receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit please let me know within 5 days of receiving the item with a picture to show the problem. We can then agree on whether to proceed with a replacement or a refund. Returns must be made within the terms of the return policy above.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 working days and let us me that you would like a refund so that where appropriate a return process can be agreed. Refunds will be processed provided a return arrangement has been agreed and within 10 working days of the receipt of the item.
Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products unless they are faulty.
Wherever possible products are shipped in recycled and/or recyclable packaging. In some cases this means using standard plastic bubblewrap and polystyrene.
Although I prefer to use biodegradable and environmentally friendly packaging and try to use suppliers who share the same ethos, I still have an accumulation of standard plastic based packaging. I prefer to re-use this to extend it’s lifecycle rather than throw it away to be added to landfill.
Please note this also means that your parcel may arrive in recycled packaging that bears a manufacturers branding!
