This privacy statement explains how Naked Clay Ceramics use any personal information about you that you give when you visit this website. It does not cover websites that can be linked to and from this site, so you should always be aware when you are moving to another site to read their own privacy statement.


Your privacy is important. Only the necessary information is used to process your order. Your information will not be given or sold to any third party unless it is required by law.

We collect data when you purchase an item through the online store or make an order in person which must be posted. We use this information to process your order. We do not keep payment information.

As part of the registration process for a monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. 


How will the information collected by used?

A number of third party data processors are used who are all compliant with strict data processing requirements.



In the near future Naked Clay Ceramics will be operating an email mailing list, used to inform subscribers about products, events and/or news. The e-newlsetter will be provided through a third party provider called MailChimp to who sends out e-newsletters. When you sign up to the e-newsletter you will be sharing your email and name with Naked Clay Ceramics and MailChimp. Statistics are gathered around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help monitor and improve thee-newsletter. 

Your details will only ever be used to send an e-newsletter and if you want to unsubscribe at any time then it is a simple matter of clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-newsletter.
